F. Scot Sullivan

F. Scot Sullivan joined the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) in 2008 as a Security Specialist.  Since joining the NRC he has worked in the office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response for the Division of Security Operations in the Nuclear Security Oversight Branch.  During this time he has performed oversight of the Security Baseline Inspection Program, his work has encompassed developing inspection programs, significance determination processes, and maintaining the security inspection programs for new reactors, operating reactors, and decommissioning reactors.  Additionally, Scot is a fully qualified Physical Security Inspector.  Prior to joining the NRC, Scot worked in the nuclear industry at a commercial nuclear reactor as a member of the security organization.
