Jason Schaperow

Jason Schaperow is a senior severe accident analyst in the NRC's Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research. He has 20 years experience performing research in the area of severe accidents, source terms, and offsite radiological consequences for commercial nuclear reactors and their spent fuel pools. Major research efforts he has been involved with include SOARCA, security assessments for reactors and spent fuel pools, dry cask storage PRA, steam generator tube integrity, and revised source term rebaselining.
