Patrick A. Moulding

Mr. Moulding joined the NRC in 2005.  He completed the Honor Law Graduate Program in 2007, having served in several divisions within the Office of the General Counsel including those for the High-Level Waste Repository Program, New Reactor Programs, and Rulemaking & Fuel Cycle.  He joined the division of New Reactor Programs in 2007 as a staff attorney and was selected in 2010 as Deputy Assistant General Counsel for New Reactor Programs. He has served as counsel to the NRC staff in connection with the reviews of the four early site permits issued by the NRC, as well as for several pending combined license applications.  In that capacity he advised the NRC staff in preparation for the early site permit mandatory hearings conducted before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board and for the Vogtle and Summer combined license mandatory hearings conducted by the Commission.
