Jim Whitney

Jim Whitney is part of the intelligence liaison and threat assessment branch within the Directorate of Security Operations in the Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response. He joined the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) in 2001. Mr. Whitney received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Syracuse University and a Masters of Science degree in Strategic Intelligence from the Joint Military Intelligence College. He has been an intelligence analyst for the U.S. Government since 1997.
