Nicholas Hilton

Mr. Nick Hilton has been with the US NRC for over 17 years. He currently serves as the Branch Chief for the Enforcement Branch in the Office of Enforcement. The Enforcement Branch responsibilities include enforcement policy and program development as well as oversight of the enforcement program’s implementation. Mr. Hilton also developed the Alternative Dispute Resolution program and was an Enforcement Specialist, specializing in discrimination cases. Prior to transferring to headquarters, he was a Resident Inspector in Region III. Mr. Hilton holds a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from Kansas State University and served in the nuclear navy, both as a submarine officer and a shipyard engineer prior to joining the NRC.
