- Increase the number of African Americans in supervisory and management positions, especially African American women in technical supervisory and management positions.
- Increase the number of African Americans in the feeder groups (GG-13 thru GG-15) positions.
- Assist SBCR in marketing the objectives of the Comprehensive Diversity Management Plan.
- Increase the number of African Americans on Commission and EDO staffs.
- Increase opportunities for administrative employees to "bridge" to Administrative professional and IT positions.
