REMARKS:

IMC 0609, Appendix B (Emergency Preparedness Significance Determination Process) has been revised to incorporate lessons-learned and to provide a white path for the risk significant planning standards. This revision also more closely aligns the EP cornerstone with the other cornerstones. Since this is a major revision, the document has not been redlined.

IP 71111.05 (Fire Protection) has been revised to provide inspection guidance to evaluate licensee manual actions which have been incorporated into the procedure as Enclosure 2. This represents a change in scope as described in the body of the procedure under Change of Scope.
