Enforcement Manual Change Notice - Number 8

Change Notice 8 was issued January 11, 2013, and added the following Enforcement Guidance Memoranda to Appendix A:

  • EGM 12-002, "Dispositioning Violations of Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requirements Implementing the Decommissioning Planning Rule," dated December 20, 2012.
  • EGM 11-003 (rev 1), "Dispositioning Boiling Water Reactor Licensee Non-Compliance with Technical Specification Containment Requirements During Operations with a Potential for Draining the Reactor Vessel," dated December 20, 2012.
