Billy Dickson
Mr. Dickson joined the NRC in 1996 and is currently a Branch Chief in the Division of Reactors Project in Region 3. He started his NRC career as a Reactor Engineering in the Division of Reactor Projects in Region 3. Since joining the NRC, he has held positions as Resident Inspector at Dresden, Senior Resident Inspector at both Clinton Power Station and Braidwood Nuclear Station, and Branch Chief of the Health Physics and Incident Response Branch in Division of Reactor Safety in NRC Region 3. More recently, Mr. Dickson completed assignments as the Acting Deputy Director for the Division of Reactor Project, Region 3, and the Acting Deputy Director of the Division of Inspection of Regional Support (currently the Division of Reactor Oversight) in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation in NRC Headquarters.
Before joining the NRC, Mr. Curtis was a Nuclear Engineer with Scientech, LLC, and Jupiter Corporation, both in Maryland. Mr. Dickson received a B.S. degree in Nuclear Engineering from Mississippi State University.
