Laura Willingham

Laura Willingham is an environmental project manager within the Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards in the Environmental Center of Expertise.  She has a Bachelor degree in Environmental Science.  Ms. Willingham has worked at the NRC for 14 years and has spent most of that time as an environmental project manager in the Office of New Reactors.  She also supported the NRC post Fukushima external flooding hazard re-evaluation reviews.  Her current technical focus is federal streamlining efforts under the National Environmental Policy Act, updating NRC guidance, and writing air quality, greenhouse gas emission, and climate change analyses in environmental review documents.
