Zach Harper

Zach Harper is the Manager of Westinghouse's Plant Licensing Engineering team. His group is responsible for Westinghouse licensing activities related to New Plant builds in the US and internationally. His group's responsibilities also include licensing support for the conventional PWR operating fleet, such as plant modifications, license renewals, digital I&C upgrades, decommissioning, plant outages, and the accident tolerant fuel program. Zach has 12 years experience with 10 CFR Part 52. He was involved in the AP1000 Design Certification. Throughout Vogtle 3&4 construction, he has supported licensing, engineering, testing, installation, and inspection activities. He served as the Westinghouse Deputy Project Director at the Vogtle construction site. Zach was a submarine officer in the US Navy. He holds an bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Business Administration.
