Reed Anzalone

Reed Anzalone is a data scientist for Embark Venture Studio, in the NRC’s Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR). He is the product manager for the NRC’s Mission Analytics Portal (MAP), a suite of data analytics tools designed to facilitate access to data and enhance data-driven decisionmaking at the NRC. Prior to his current role, Mr. Anzalone served as a reactor systems engineer, nuclear engineer, and technical assistant within NRR. He is also a member of the Be riskSMART core team. Mr. Anzalone holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
