Gene Kelly

Gene Kelly has over 40 years of experience in the nuclear industry including design, analysis, and licensing. He is a Senior Manager in Risk Management for Constellation Generation, responsible for risk-informed initiatives across the Constellation fleet. He was also the technical lead responsible for re-licensing of the Limerick Nuclear Station, managed engineering programs and design at Limerick, and worked previously with the NRC as a branch chief and senior resident inspector. Gene earned is Bachelors degree in Physics from Villanova and a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
