David Rudland

Dr. David Rudland is currently a Senior Technical Advisor for Nuclear Power Plant Materials in the Division of New and Renewed Licenses in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulations. Dr. Rudland has been with the agency for 14 years and provides technical expertise, advice, and support on a broad variety of issues related to the materials aging, structural integrity, inspection and performance aspects of nuclear power plant components.  He is currently the NRC representative on the ASME Special Working Group on additive manufacturing and the Board of Nuclear Codes and Standards. Prior to joining the NRC, Dr. Rudland was a contractor for the NRC for 15 years providing similar technical expertise.
