Darren Gale

Darren Gale, Vice President, Commercial Operations and ARDP Program Manager for X-energy ($2.5B Advanced Reactor Demonstration program at Energy Northwest), has been actively involved in the Nuclear Power industry for over 37 years, including Executive Management for the past 20 years. His significant profit/loss responsibilities span Fuels, Services, Engineering and Maintenance businesses. He has helped to deliver best in class safety results and financial results for his organizations. He has held previous executive positions with Framatome, BWXT, Day & Zimmermann and Structural Integrity. Darren has also been actively involved with University Nuclear Program advisory boards at both the University of Florida (14+ years) and Penn State University, as well as past participation on the Civil Nuclear Trade Advisory Committee for the U.S. Department of Commerce. He has Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Nuclear Engineering from Kansas State University, while twice being named Academic All American in Football, and received his MBA from Averett University.
