Bo Pham

Bo M. Pham serves as the Director, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing (DORL), Office Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR).
 
Mr. Pham began his career at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) in 2002 as a Licensing Project Manager in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) and has served in progressively more responsible positions, including several Branch Chief positions in NRR, the Office of the Executive Director for Operations and the Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response (NSIR); Acting Deputy Director for the Division of Spent Fuel Management in NMSS and as the Acting Director, Division of Preparedness and Response in NSIR, and most recently as Deputy Director, Division of Decommissioning, Uranium Recovery, and Waste Programs, Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards (NMSS). 
 
Prior to the NRC, Mr. Pham served as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy and worked in the private sector as a project manager in the telecommunications industry.  Mr. Pham graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
