Andrew Holland

With over two decades of experience in Washington on the policy and politics around science, energy, and national security, Andrew Holland has built his career on finding consensus solutions to our country's hardest energy and climate policy challenges.

Andrew's diverse career includes research, publications, and speeches on energy security, Arctic policy, climate security, and water resources around the world. Since 2021, he has led the Fusion Industry Association as CEO, working to accelerate the commercialization of fusion energy.

As an expert in energy policy and international strategy, Andrew leads the FIA's advocacy for the private fusion industry. His prior experinece includes leading policy for the American Security Project and as staff for then-Senator Chuck Hagel.

Andrew holds a MSc. in International Strategy and Economics from the University of St. Andrews and is a member of the International Institute for Strategic Studies.
