Amy Roma

As a partner and Global Energy Practice Leader at the law firm of Hogan Lovells, Amy advises clients on a wide range of legal, business and policy matters involving the commercial nuclear energy industry, including issues related to the existing nuclear fleet, advanced reactors, fusion facilities, and supporting nuclear infrastructure. Her clients include nuclear industry participants, radioactive materials users, startups, investors, NGOs, and various other stakeholders

Amy has spearheaded many first-of-its-kind, cutting-edge energy projects in the United States. She has been recognized by The Financial Times as one of the Top 10 most innovative lawyers in North America and by the National Law Journal as one of the top 50 “great minds impacting the crucial intersection of energy production and the environment.”

Ms. Roma received a B.A. from Saint Anselm College, cum laude, and a J.D. from Suffolk University, magna cum laude. Ms. Roma was an ASLBP law clerk, 2003-2005.
