Aline des Cloizeaux

Ms. Aline des Cloizeaux, France, has been recently appointed as Director, Division of Nuclear Power, in the Department of Nuclear Energy of the IAEA. Ms. des Cloizeaux has an extensive experience as Program Director of several new builds nuclear projects. Among others, she managed large investments projects for conversion and enrichment facilities, as well as Flamanville 3 EPR NSSS EPC contract, and lately she was responsible of a portofolio of nuclear civil and equipment activities, including SMR development. She is also engaged in gender balance and diversity actions, notably served as President of WiN (Women in Nuclear) France, and is an active member of WiN Global. Ms. des Cloizeaux holds a Master's degree in Science and Engineering Technology from the École Polytechnique, a Master's degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, and an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs.
