Introduction

The Fiscal Year 2016 Performance and Accountability Report (PAR) presents the agency's program performance and financial management information in compliance with the Government Performance and Results Modernization Act of 2010. The PAR gives the President, Congress, and the American public the opportunity to assess the agency's performance in achieving its mission and the stewardship of its resources.
