Abstract

The 2022 14^th ASME/NRC OM Code Symposium, jointly sponsored by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, provides a forum for exchanging information on technical, programmatic, and regulatory issues associated with inservice testing programs at nuclear power plants, including the design, operation and testing of valves, pumps, and dynamic restraints. The symposium provides an opportunity to discuss improvements in design, operation, and testing of valves, pumps, and dynamic restraints that help to ensure their reliable performance. The participation of industry representatives, regulatory personnel, and consultants ensures the presentation of a broad spectrum of ideas and perspectives on the improvement of testing programs and methods for valves and pumps at nuclear power plants.
