REMARKS:

IP 35005 (Pre-Docketing Combined License Quality Assurance Controls Inspection) is issued to support new reactor licensing under 10 CFR Part 52.

IP 35017 (Post-Docketing Development of the Quality Assurance (QA) Program for Design and Procurement Activities) is issued to support new reactor licensing under 10 CFR Part 52.

IP 35020 (Inspection of Applicant’s Surveillance of Contractor Quality Assurance (QA) Activities) has been reassessed resulting in its reactivation. This IP supports new reactor licensing under 10 CFR Part 52.

IP 35021 (Post-Docketing Implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) Activities Related to Design, Procurement and Construction) is issued to address the need to inspect how the licensee is implementing the quality assurance program related to design, procurement and construction activities that are occurring during the combined license (COL) application period before the COL is issued.

IP 35029 (Pre-Combined License (COL) Quality Assurance (QA) Inspection of Site Limited Work Authorization (LWA) 1 & 2 Activities) is issued to support new reactor licensing under 10 CFR Part 52.

IP 35100 (Review of the QA Manual) has been reassessed resulting in its reactivation. The title of this IP has been change to better reflect the content of the procedure.

IP 36100 (Inspection of 10 CFR Parts 21 and 50.55(e) Programs for Reporting Defects and Noncompliance) is revised to incorporate reviews during the combined license application process under 10 CFR Part 52.

IP 37802 (First-of-a-Kind Engineering Inspections) is issued to support new reactor licensing under 10 CFR Part 52.

IP 80210 (Environmental Protection - Initial and Periodic Inspections) has been reassessed resulting in its reactivation. This IP supports new reactor licensing under 10 CFR Part 52.

IMC 2502 (Construction Inspection Program: Pre-Combined License (Pre-COL) Phase) is issued to describe the inspection program to be implemented during the combined license application process under 10 CFR Part 52.
