TRAINING: No special training requirements have been identified for any documents issued with this change notice.
REMARKS: IMC 0305 (Operating Reactor Assessment Program) has been revised to provide an annual update to the assessment program guidance. Major changes include providing more IMC 0350,Oversight of Operating Reactor Facilities in a Shutdown Condition With Performance Problems, information responses to substantive cross-cutting issues, and clarifying when to start counting inspection findings in the assessment program. Also changed the end-of-cycle meeting requirements.
