REMARKS: | IMC 2509 (Browns Ferry Unit 1 Restart Project Inspection Program) is issued to address closure of open items, regulatory concerns, inspection requirements, temporary discontinuance of ROP during the BF1's restart, adoption of the traditional-form of enforcement since the SDP is not applicable from a risk perspective during the BF1 restart, and the transition into the ROP on a cornerstone by cornerstone basis.
