TRAINING: No special training requirements have been identified for any documents issued with this change notice.
REMARKS: TI 2515/150, Revision 2 (Reactor Pressure Vessel Head and Vessel Head Penetration Nozzles (NRC Order EA-03-009)) has been revised to add guidance for evaluating licensee actions to assess leakage into the interference fit zone and to identify potential boric acid leaks from pressure-retaining components above the reactor pressure vessel head, and to make other minor clarifications.
