REMARKS:

IMC 0609, Appendix D (Public Radiation Safety - Significance Determination Process) has been revised to clarify the intent of the SDP as a result of questions posed by an ROP Feedback Form. The changes now allow for consideration of accessible locations of the radioactive package and a more graded approach that allows for a GREEN finding if exceeded dose rates are inaccessible to the public and not greater than two times the Department of Transportation limit.
