REMARKS:

TI 2561/004 (Safeguards and Emergency Preparedness Inspection of Interim Compensatory Measures at Decommissioning Power Reactors) is issued to provide inspectors with a procedure to verify that decommissioning nuclear power reactors that possess spent fuel in spent fuel pools are effectively implementing the interim compensatory measures imposed by the NRC safeguards order.
