REMARKS:  
  IMC 0730 (Generic Communications Regarding Materials and Fuel Cycle Issues) is revised to implement generic communication program changes discussed in SECY-99-143, including procedures for the new regulatory issue summary. The revision reflects numerous organizational changes in NRC offices and new Paperwork Reduction Act statements issued by the Office of the Chief Information Officer.
