REMARKS: IMC 0610 (Inspection Reports) has been revised to reflect changes made to Section IV of the Enforcement Policy document regarding minor violations.
IMC 2515 (Light-Water Reactor Inspection Program - Operations Phase) has been revised to make the inspection frequency codes used for procedures in the core inspection program consistent with those used in IPAS.
IMC 2516 (Policy and Guidance For The License Renewal Inspection Program) is issued to provide guidance to NRC staff, region, and consultant personnel for review and inspection activities associated with an applicant's request for a renewed license for a commercial nuclear power plant beyond the initial licensing period under Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulation, (10CFR) Part 54.
IP 71002 (License Renewal Inspection) is issued to verify that an applicant requesting a renewed license meets the requirements of 10 CFR Part 54. This is an implementing procedure for IMC 2516. It is estimated that this one time inspection effort will require approximately 1.2 FTEs of inspection effort over a one to one and one-half year period.
