     Erroneous Results from a Computer Code in the Public Domain



Dear Mr.  Greene:



I have the following comment which may be appropriate to include in the

IN which may aid users in their evaluation of the potential for problems.



IN may wish to state that the particular problem being analyzed involved

an input seismic time history loading in three directions for a 20 second

time span, and that the model involved beam elements, plate elements, gap

elements (with friction capabilities), and fluid coupling elements.  A

large number of small time steps were involved.



Other than the above comment the IN accurately reflects the nature of our

original 10CFR21 submittal.
