Project Overview
 
On August 7, 2023, Eden Radioisotopes, LLC, submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) an updated letter of intent to submit construction permit and operating license applications for a 2 MW light-water reactor with hot cells and target fabrication facility. The NRC staff is currently engaged in pre-application interactions with Eden related to Eden’s medical isotope production facility called the Eden Isotope Production Complex, which would be located near Eunice, New Mexico.
