Grand Gulf, Unit 3 Application

By letter dated February 9, 2015, Entergy Operations, Inc., (EOI), submitted a request to the NRC to withdraw the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, Unit 3 (GGNS3) Combined License (COL) application from the docket. On September 15, 2015, the staff issued a letter notifying EOI that their request to have the GGNS3 COL application withdrawn from the docket has been granted in accordance with regulations set forth in 10 CFR 2.107. In addition, a Federal Register notice was published on September 22, 2015, announcing this decision and the basis for granting EOI's request.
