Project Overview

On June 17, 2025, Fermi America submitted Part 1 of its application for 10 CFR Part 52 combined licenses (COLs) for four AP1000 advanced passive pressurized-water reactors, PMN Units 1 through 4. Fermi America has submitted two of three parts of a COLA and the NRC accepted for docketing. The NRC is currently engaged in review activities on these parts and will perform an acceptance review and establish the schedule and resources for the entire project when the third part is submitted.
