Office of Enforcement Annual Reports
The "Enforcement Program Annual Report" provides information about the NRC's previous year's enforcement activities, including the escalated enforcement actions that the agency took, changes that the agency made to the Enforcement Policy, as well as information regarding new initiatives and revised staff guidance that the agency added.
Until 2005, a non-redacted report containing security-related issues involving NOVs, NOVs with Civil Penalties, ORDERS, DFI, etc., was developed in tandem with the redacted report and was available to the NRC staff. While the reports for 2005 and 2006 include security-related cases in their statistics, such cases are not described in these reports and a non-redacted report was not developed in tandem with the redacted report.
