The NRC NEPA Document Dashboard provides information on National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), and Environmental Assessments (EAs) published by the NRC in a centralized location for greater ease of reference and public transparency. The NRC staff prepared certain site-specific EISs for subsequent license renewal in accordance with the Commission’s decisions in Commission Legal Issuance (CLI)-22-02 and CLI-22-03, both dated February 24, 2022. Therefore, EISs associated with subsequent license renewals were not published in 2022 and 2023.
