In accordance with 10CFR Part 21 I wish to report a non conformance of Tube Clamps shipped to various Nuclear Power Plants. The clamps were marked with our part number 3/4-1 T-55 l SS-2D but were actually clamps, part number 3/4-1T-551SS-3D.

Following are the plants the clamps were shipped to with their purchase order numbers and date.
