Closed Meeting with TRISO-X, LLC to Discuss Apparent Violation

The purpose of this meeting between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and TRISO-X, LLC is to discuss an apparent violation identified by the NRC staff. This will be an alternative dispute resolution session with a mutually agreeable mediator to facilitate resolution of the subject enforcement matter in a timely and effective manner. The circumstances related to the apparent violation are described in a June 9, 2026, letter providing the NRC’s findings.
