Ching-Hui Wu

Mr. Ching-Hui Wu has a bachelor degree of mechanical engineering from Tamkang University. Mr. Wu also got a master degree of nuclear engineering from National Tsing Hua University at 1991.

Mr. Wu worked at Institute of Nuclear Energy Research (INER) to take charge of the buildup, update and maintenance the Level 1 and Level 2 probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) models for operating Taiwan’s NPPs and their risk-informed applications from 1991 to January 2011.

Mr. Wu has transferred to the position of Department of Nuclear Regulation of Taiwan Atomic Energy Council (AEC) since January 2011. To be a technical specialist, the resident inspector of Maanshan Task Force and Mr. Wu also take charge of the safety re-assessment and stress test of operating, under constructing nuclear power plants in Taiwan after post-Fukushima accident.
