Martin Stutzke

Mr. Stutzke is the Senior Technical Advisor for Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) Technologies in the Division of Risk Analysis, Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, where he helps to organize, coordinate, and evaluate the staff’s review on a broad variety of technical safety and security matters with emphasis on PRA models, methods, tools, and applications. Prior to his current NRC assignment, Mr. Stutzke worked in the Office of New Reactors and the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation. Before joining the NRC, Mr. Stutzke held various consulting positions and worked on over forty PRA projects in the United States, Belgium, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Lithuania, Russia, and Ukraine. He holds a Bachelor and Master degrees in nuclear engineering from the University of Tennessee.
