I am in search of complaints filed to the NRC by my grandfather, Donald W. DelCore, Sr., while he was employed by Northeast Utilities, Connecticut Light Power, or the Northeast Nuclear Energy Co. and working at the Millstone (2) nuclear power plant. These complaints were likely filed between 1987 and 1995, and there will be a substantial amount of them. A newspaper article dated in 1993 attributes 76% of the 630 allegations made in that timeframe to him. I am also interested in any formal responses, or additional correspnoence involving those complaints. The parameters above encompass what I believe to be the bulk of Donald DelCore's interactions with the NRC, but would also be interested in any other documents that may be discovered. |

I am requesting a document from 1960 that does not appear in the ADAMS database. The mill site's docket number is 40-8903 -- which appears as 04008903 in ADAMS -- but the site's documents only go as far back as 1964. The document I am requesting is referenced in the Environmental Protection Agency's "Fifth Five-Year Review Report for Homestake Mining Company Superfund Site Cibola County, New Mexico" -- https://semspub.epa.gov/work/06/100025018.pdf which says, "Groundwater contamination was first discovered at the Site by the New Mexico Department of Health in 1960." I am requesting that 1960 document confirming groundwater contamination, which I believe is a letter sent either to the company or to the NRC. |

I live in an apartment complex in Forsyth county GA, and I have noticed strange spikes in the electrical currents that are conducted to my residence. One of the HVAC's servicing my building was changed about 9 months ago to one produced in TN. The others are powered by Copeland Scroll and have an ENTEK TC 240 on them, and say GOODMAN on them. I have also noticed different colored electric meters for different apartments. I requested that Sawnee Electric Company provide me with an audit to explain the spike in power consumption, but they never did. I am wondering if the property owners or leasing company are required to tell me if and radioactive isotopes are being used or produced when power is supplied to my unit. Also, for several years I worked for a mineral processing equipment producer, Snoby Separation Systems, llc. They used a nuclear element in the Jigs the fabricated, along with very strong magnetic components, all of which could be controlled remotely with a tablet or IPAD. Is there any information on any businesses using the name Snoby or Stichweh, llc? Stichweh is 50% owned by a German Company (Stichweh, Gmbh). |

Named individual was a HP inspector from region 1 and played a pivotal role in the response. I would like to know how many pages of reports and interviews related to named individual and TMI are available and what the cost will be. Copies of performance appraisals and awards would also be helpful. I believe his time at the NRC was roughly from 1976-1982. |

We are interested in identifying the number of physicians, technologists, and pharmacists that are Authorized Users of radiologand therapy (RLT) across the U.S. It is our understanding that regulation and licensing for healthcare professionals is led by the NRC. Our request from the NRC is to assist us by providing the most recent numbers for : (1) the total number of Authorized Users in the U.S., and (2) the number of AUthorized Users by specialty areas (i.e., nuclear medicine physicians, radiation oncology physicians, nuclear radiologist, and pharmatcists). |

Which Man Is Ric Flitton. The Fat One is The Real Ric Flitton,He calls Himself Steele deringer,Billy Watson Adopted The name Ric Flitton as a measure to Hide His half brother After I accused both men of Murder, they were Living in Richlands Washington and When they Began Work at The Chillichothe Nuclear Waste Water treatment facility The Plant Hired Billy Watson Born William Flitton as Ric Flitton,But The Wife Susan Flitton deringer and Stelle deringer also Worked there as If He were her New Husband but the pair had been Married since 1994,and had Worked at the Shippingport Nuclear Power Station in Shippingport Pennslyvania where my father also Worked, I knew Susan from High School and before And Knew Ric from otherwise associating with he and His Brother Justin after Being attacked several times because I had informed on His father and her Grandfather many Years before to The FBI. You Snitched my Dad. 1991? Micheal's Plaza Ric said "You snitched My dad" who are you? I don't snitch people, who's your Father,I'll see if I know who it is, I don't snitch people, *Me I smoke dope, pot I mean, what are you doing,if you think I did something I'll try to help you, "who's your dad?" I asked motherfucker you going tell them everything you never saw. Said Ric ["..."] I snitched your Daddy I did Man, [....] I said then we took a ride and talked about it. The Long Legacy of Constitional Law Violations Put in Place While Powell Was The National Security Advisor Hello My Name is John Edward Foland [....] I would like to file A Complaint with The Ohio Attorney General's office against The State of Pennsylvania. Regarding Civil Rights Violations in East Liverpool Ohio and East End. (As well as Hookstown and Butler County) I allege that the Monaca Pennsylvania Police were allowed to Patrol and Respond around East Liverpool Ohio in the tristate area. In Bias protection of an Ohio/Idaho Man. The Man Resided in Salem, East Liverpool Ohio and in the Crossborder town of Hookstown Pennsylvania as well as near Route 19 and Old Freedom Road in Butler County Pennsylvania. I Claim that the Monaca Police department concealed Murder and Assault for Mr.Ric Flitton aka Steele Deringer and his two brothers Justin Flitton and Billy Watson and Wife Susan Hewitt Flitton Deringer. 1993-1995 I had Been Friend's with The Monaca Man Now Incarcerated on The Murder of His Housemate in Monaca, The Monaca Police knew that I was Buying Weed for the Man. The Monaca Police arranged for the man To Attain another Residence in East Liverpool Ohio Next Door to Justin Flitton, Whom I Already Knew. My Monaca Friend's Second Residence in East Liverpool Ohio. The Monaca Police along with My Father Had arranged for the Man to Attain another Residence In Ohio in order to Bring me into Closer Contact with The Flittons. The Two Women Who Lived with The Monaca Man Incarcerated for their Murder also Sometimes Stayed at the Ohio residence and also associated with The Flitton's. The property was Maintained as My Friend's residence for a decade until the Murder there (LITTLE GIRL MAY)and the Two Monaca Murders The Man was Charged with. Colin's Pal Especially Justin, In hopes of allowing Justin to Beat me up in the Remote Location Because Rocki Conti and the Monaca Police could Hinder East Liverpool Police Involvement. Officers Hogue and St Clair would Respond if Susan Called in Advance of Any Altercation Between Ric, Justin, and I, One one Instance I insisted the Ohio Police Take a report after Ric beat me down to The Sidewalk ,Pulled off My Pants and Took My Bank card. Officer Hogue did allow the Ohio Police to take a report. After One failed attempt by My Father to Have me Call A Friend ("He wants you to get Him Weed") "If the Man wants to Talk to Me he Can call me Himself". The Monaca Police would respond every time there was any Problem with the Flittons because they could Keep the East Liverpool Police out of it. I often complained that the Cross Border Patrols were Unconstitutional and My Complaints fell On Deaf Ears. Rocki Conti and the Other Monaca Officers would portray Ric Flitton and His family as respectable Citizens.("You never should have turned in Ric's Daddy" "He Knows Colin Powell"). Some of The Later Beatings From 2001-2003 In East End arranged By Rocki Conti were Filmed on Cell Phone and Rocki Conti was present for at Least one of those Beatings 2003. |
