The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has received a report from its Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards following the Committee's meetings September 2-4 and September 30-October 2. The report, in the form of a letter, provides comments on the impact of probabilistic risk assessment results and insights on the regulatory system.
