TO ALL NONPOWER REACTOR LICENSEES 

     This is to inform you that the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation 
recently had an extensive reorganization of functions and assignments. 

     All functions dealing with non-power reactor licensees are now focused 
in the Standardization and Special Projects Branch of the Division of 
Licensing, The Project Manager assigned to your reactor is:

     Please adjust your records to reflect the above changes. Incoming
