DESCRIPTION: The NONLINEAR ANALYSIS command will terminate with a structural instability error message if the following combination of conditions exist for any frame member:
1. The member has been specified as a nonlinear geometric member in the NONLINEAR EFFECTS command.
2. The member has member releases.
3. The member has a Beta reference joint.

A work-around is to specify the member Beta angle directly with the CONSTANTS command for members which satisfy conditions 1 and 2 above.
