"A FOLLOWUP VISIT BY YANKEE ATOMIC TOOK PLACE ON JULY 9-10, 1996, TO REVIEW THESE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS. "BASED ON THE ABOVE OCCURRENCES, ABB IS INITIATING AN EVALUATION OF THE QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTATION FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED RELAYS, AS WELL AS OTHER CLASS 1E RELAYS SUPPLIED. THIS EVALUATION WILL BE COMPLETED BY AUGUST 30, 1996. BASED ON THE RESULTS OF THIS EVALUATION, WE WILL THEN ISSUE A FINAL REPORT, PER 10 CFR PART 21."
