Sirs:

A.I.T. was recently informed that Baltimore Gas & Electric had completed
the dedication the end of April, 1996, associated with our February 21,
1996 10CFR Part 21 notification.  The BGE Start Up Problem Report #96-
026M addressed the Oil Filter O-Rings/ Filter Element, and Filter Holder.
In that Bechtel/BG&E elected to perform the dedication activities
associated with this notification/ Amer Industrial Technologies Inc.
considers this 10CFR Part 21 action complete upon our notification that
the dedication is completed.
