Discussion:

This morning report discusses senior management changes at Dominion effective June 1, 2009. The current president and the CEO of Dominion Generation, Mark McGettrick, will become chief financial officer. Replacing Mr. McGettrick will be David A. Christian who is currently president and chief nuclear officer of Dominion Nuclear. Replacing Mr. Christian will be Mr. David A. Heacock who is currently the president of Dominion Virginia Power.
