James Scarola, Chief Nuclear Officer (CNO) for Progress Energy, has announced that Robert Duncan, currently Vice President - Harris Nuclear Plant, will assume a new position as Vice President - Nuclear Operations effective July 14, 2008. Chris Burton, currently Director of Site Operations at Harris Nuclear Plant, will assume the role of Vice President - Harris Nuclear Plant. The Director of Site Operations position will be announced in the future.
