Discussion:

Dominion announced on August 13, 2007, that Mr. David Christian will become President/Chief Nuclear Officer (CNO) for Dominion Nuclear. Mr. Christian is currently the Senior Vice President/CNO. The change will be effective October 1, 2007. Mr. Christian will continue to report to Mr. Mark McGettrick, President/Chief Executive Officer for Dominion Generation.

Dominion announced that the change is due to a realignment of its business units.
