Discussion:

Exelon has announced that the following management changes took effect at their Mid-Atlantic Corporate office on
May 21, 2007. Mr. Bill Noll, Director of Site Operations at the Robinson Nuclear Plant, joined Exelon as Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Operations. Also, Mr. Mike Coyle, currently Vice President in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer, will lead INPO readiness efforts across the Exelon fleet.

Discussion:

On May 25, Constellation Energy announced that Mr. Keith Polson has been named as Vice President of Nine Mile
Point Nuclear Station. Mr. Polson replaces Mr. Kevin Nietmann, Acting Vice President of Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station. Mr. Nietmann will return to his previous position as Corporate Vice President of Nuclear Operations Support.
