Discussion:

Mr. Robert Smith has been named as General Manager Plant Operations for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station.
Mr. Smith, the current Director of Engineering at Pilgrim, will be replaced by Mr. Brian Sullivan, the current Manager
of System Engineering. Mr. Smith replaces Mr. Kevin Bronson, who was previously announced as the new
Site Vice President at Pilgrim.
